Your Private Group Retreat (Date TBD)

Event Description

Schedule your own retreat for you and your favorite pals (the available date of 8/21 - 8/24 can be rearranged). Retreats usually run from Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Minimum group size of 6 people - maximum number depends on the project but typically is about 10-14 people. We have many options of what you could learn -- make a stained glass window, sew a leather purse, make a ceramic nativity set and so much more. There is a swim beach at the nearby lake which makes for a nice break. We can also arrange a yoga class or nature hike just for your group. If you can think it, we probably could make it happen. The price for a 4 day retreat is typically $375 - $575 per person and includes all supplies, a homemade delicious dinner of your choice, 3 lunches, endless coffee and light snacks. Dinners for Friday and Saturday night are on your own. BYOB -- we won't be checking what's in your thermos :) Please explore the class schedule and information on the drop down menu above before you book so there's no surprises. You can camp for free onsite, or rent our beautiful bedroom (double bed) in the schoolhouse for a small fee - email us if you're interested. There's links to a couple of hotels in the area as well. We will typically gather at 4pm on a Thursday night to settle in to the studio and enjoy some apps with your fellow makers. Then - oh yes - Mike McColl will make a delicious homemade meal at 6pm (he is a fabulous cook). We'll wrap it all up on Sunday afternoon. You'll take your projects home with you!
