Schedule of Events
Thursday
October 17
10am-1pm --Arrive and settle in to the studio. Soups and snacks will be available all afternoon (arrive whenever it works best for you).
2pm --Optional excursion to Rydell National Wildlife Refuge for a beautiful stroll in the Fall colors.
4-5;30pm --Meet and greet your fellow Makers at the schoolhouse.
6pm --The First Feast - an incredible 5-course Greek cooking demonstration and meal by the one and only, Mike McColl.
9pm -- Bonfire and s'mores.
Friday
October 18
7am --Studio opens (but feel free to sleep in). Coffee and light breakfast items will be available.
8:30am --Restorative Movement Yoga with April in the Lengby Community Hall.
11am --Brunch at the Schoolhouse.
10am- 6pm --Studio time to work on your own projects.
2-3pm --Optional Artistic Goal setting workshop - make plans for 2025.
6pm --Second Feast - a scrumptious home-cooked Italian dinner served family style at the schoolhouse.
7pm --Optional fused glass earring workshop (open to the public at the Lengby Community Hall).
9pm --Make popcorn over a campfire.
Saturday
October 19
7am --Studio opens. Coffee and light breakfast items will be available.
8:30am --Restorative Movement Yoga with April in the Lengby Community Hall.
11am --Brunch at the Schoolhouse.
11:30am-5pm -- Optional hiking excursion to Itasca State Park and the Headwaters of the Mississippi or
11:30am- 6pm --Studio time to work on your own projects.
2-4pm --Optional Acrylic painting class with Nancy (open to the public at the Lengby Community Hall).
6pm --Third Feast - Enchilada dinner with all the fixin's at the schoolhouse.
7pm --Optional fused glass earring workshop (open to the public at the Lengby Community Hall).
9pm --Movie night or bonfire (or both!).
Sunday
October 20
7am --Studio opens. Coffee and light breakfast items will be available.
8:30am --Restorative Movement Yoga with April in the Lengby Community Hall.
11am --Brunch at the Schoolhouse.
11:30am- 4pm --Studio time to work on your own projects.
11:30-4pm --Optional selling opportunity - we will open the Lengby Town Hall to the public. We will advertise and have signs out. Bring displays and items to sell!
4pm --Wrap up and hugs
