Join us at the historic Lengby schoolhouse on February 21 from 10:00–11:30 a.m. for a hands-on Beef Jerky Class with Robin Postman Benson. Robin’s jerky-making video reached 3.6 million views on Instagram, and now she’s bringing her popular method to Lengby. During this class, she’ll demonstrate her step-by-step process for making flavorful, homemade beef jerky and share practical tips you can use in your own kitchen. Jerky is an amazing nutrient dense, high protein snack - the original "protein bar!" Guests will sample fresh jerky, receive the full recipe to take home, leave with 3 ounces of jerky, and a dozen farm-fresh eggs from Lakeside Layers. Cost is $35.
