The Modern Apothecary - Jan 5, 12, & 19

Event Description

A cold weather requirement... warm baths! And we're going to make our own bath supplies together! Don't worry, we'll show you how. Join us for a 3-week class starting January 5th from 6:30-8:30pm. Week 1 (Jan 5th) we will make a handmade clay soap dish with Hunter Juve from Dirty Gal Pottery. Week 2 (Jan 12th) we will glaze our pottery soap dish and make homemade soap with Janette McColl. Week 3 (Jan 19th) we will craft our own custom bath salts and package the whole thing up in a fun little box with Mrs. Marissa O'Beirne (formerly Hemmesch). The price of $89 is for all three classes and includes all supplies (and even some snacks and mocktails!). Depending on class size, we'll host this at the Lengby Community Center or the Old Schoolhouse in Lengby (we'll keep you posted). You will end up with a beautiful clay soap dish, 2 bars of handmade soap, and a jar of handmade bath salts, all packaged up in a sweet little box. Come enjoy making suds with your buds!
